This package and newborn guide is designed for new or expecting parents. Establishing healthy sleep habits from an early age will help your little one develop into a healthy, independent sleeper. This is not a sleep training package, its a goal setting and parent coaching educational consultation with 12 weeks of personal support.
An preliminary questionnaire, this is a short questionnaire to go over details of birth, family make-up and family history which might be relevant to your new baby and any other needs to consider for the arrival of your baby.
A personal, (in home) 90 minute consultation where we’ll discuss newborn sleep and how it works and changes, look at millstones (developmental and sleep), and learn how to approach bedtime, naptime and nightwakings, I will give you all the information about what is normal sleep and feeding behaviour PLUS we will look at ways we can improve your sleep too. (50p per mile fuel costs may added depending on your location in Scotland)
A birth to 12 weeks sleep guide for your child that I will prepare and email after our consultation, this provides a clear pathway to sleep success. Your guide will focus on establishing the circadian system, the changing bedtime routine and the early sleep goals.
Twelve weeks of follow-up support, which includes, weekly phone calls and daily email support and reviewing your child's sleep diary (which I provide)
A sleep resource library, which provides useful information for future sleep needs, (sickness, travel, clock changes, dropping naps and so on) this includes 15 PDF's, a chapter of an eBook, podcasts and video's
