Relax Kids helps children of all ages and abilities, including special needs children. Relax Kids helps children with normal stressors of childhood, as well as children with anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, and other special needs.

Relax Kids takes children from a high level of energy to a calm, peaceful feeling. It involves games, stretches, positive affirmations, massage, breathing, and imaginative visualization.

​Classes are held in partnership with Nurseries and Schools across Fife, privately in your own home or as group classes.
