What about crying
As a Baby, Toddler and Young Child Sleep Consultant in Scotland I offer plans that are customised around you and your family values. I will work with you to figure out the reason your child isn't sleeping well, and together we will find the best way to make a change. I do not teach cry-it-out, controlled crying or even no-cry behavioral approaches.
Whether your child cries depends on several factors, personality, current sleep debt and of course how we approach things, my approach to crying is to listen and respond!
My sleep packages are not sleep training in the traditional sense, although I do use gentle behavioral methods as part of an integrative package. The families I work with have read 100's of books and need something more than a standard plan, they need a helping hand to coach them back to being confident parents. They need a professional who is qualified in baby sleep and done hours and hours of accredited study, not just a day's training or read some parenting books and pieced it together.
I make no empty promises of quick fixes or sleeping though the night, but will work with you to get your child to their place of great with sleep. Often the families I work notice a big improvement in the first week, but it does take several weeks for everything to click into place and the new sleep habits to be solid, it is a roller coaster ride of ups and downs which usually involved crying in some shape or form.

DO YOU PROVIDE A GUARANTEE?
The exchange that we make is for my time and services and not a guarantee promise of "sleeping through the night or your money back", while I know of consultants who do offer this, it usually causes unrealistic expectations of what your child is capable of, or doesn't take into consideration that all families are different and unique and in some cases sleep issues are very complex and circumstances don't allow a 'perfect' situation to completely resolve nightwakings.
WHAT IS THE COST FOR SIBLINGS/TWINS?
I regularly support whole families, whether that is twins or siblings, the good news is that the investment for working with multiple children from the same family starting a plan at the same time. is the package price i.e £325 + £100 per additional sibling only
Improve your child's sleep now!
