Newborn Guide (Video)
This consultation and newborn guide is designed for new or expecting parents. Establishing healthy sleep habits from an early age will help your little one develop into a healthy, independent sleeper. This is not a sleep training package, its a goal setting and parent coaching educational consultation.
- 60-90 Minute Consultation – We will use our time together to discuss goals and a plan for establishing a foundation of healthy sleep for your baby. We will discuss newborn sleep needs, how to address nap time, bedtime, and nighttime wakings.
- Sleep Goals Document – This will include information about age-appropriate sleep habits and schedules along with tips for teaching your baby the difference between day and night, creating the right sleep environment, appropriate strategies that will encourage healthy sleep habits, and information about when to expect your little one to sleep through the night.
