Happy and Well Rested Families
I coached these families through the exact same method I used with my own Son in 2014 when he was 6 months old, he too was up every hour and wouldn't sleep day or night. On the first night of changes he slept from 7:30 until 5:00am it was amazing! and he was soon sleeping through the night.
Sleep issues in children are more common than you might think, with up to 40% of children having issues at some point. Lack of sleep can have a huge impact not only on a child's physical, emotional and mental health but also on the other members of their family.
The change in my Son's behaviour and positive impact on my family inspired me to become a professional Baby Sleep Consultant, in 2016 I was trained personally by Dana Obleman the creator of the Sleep Sense program (the same person who coached me through the changes with my son) and I certified as a child sleep consultant, more recently I was Accredited as a Holistic Sleep Coach and am a proud member of the APSC and

Whilst I knew that I needed help with supporting my baby’s sleep I was apprehensive about using a sleep consultant fearing that I would be encouraged to adopt strategies that I was not comfortable with. But Nadia put me at ease as soon as we spoke during the free consultation that she offers. Nadia used a holistic approach to sleep, and consequently helped us with allergies and breastfeeding issues that were clearly having an impact on my baby’s sleep. Nadia I go back to work on Monday and Lily is sleeping from 7pm to 7am with no problems. Her morning nap is great too, she’s sleeping for 1.5 hours but since she’s started nursery she’s only napping for up to 45 minutes in the afternoons, i think it’s just to do with her not been quite settled yet. The change in her sleep has made her so happy and she’s advancing so much as she’s alert for learning. She’s even started to walk! We are amazing! Last week we tried him in his own room and sat in the room and within two minutes he was sound asleep, some naps have taken five minutes and he is settling on his own through the night, going down at seven and up at 6:30-7 a.m. I cannot believe the difference in under one week" He is eating better during the day and regular naps are already established and not in someone's arms.

We really struggled to get our 15 month old to sleep well - she was still up 2-3 times a night and would usually only settle with a bottle of milk. We were nearing the end of our tether and exhausted juggling work, her &our 5 year old’s needs all with the way too little sleep! Nadia's advice helped us immeasurably last year. We had a one year old who had never really slept at night and only napped in our arms. We went from getting up 6 times a night to a baby who took regular naps and slept much better. We had a couple of spells where sleeping was disrupted but by following Nadia's original advice we were able to get back on track. She equipped us with skills to understand and tackle sleep issues and now our girl is 2.5 we mostly get rather good sleep and she is a happy and lively girl.

1Only 2 weeks ago our baby boy was co sleeping and feeding every 1-2 hrs at 6months old. (Naps only in car/buggy)

Night 1, took 14 minutes to go to sleep and 4 wake ups.....Night 5, slept 12hrs!
After 2 weeks our son now sleeps 11+hrs and has 2 naps a day.

I wanted to let you know what a fantastic night we had! Alex slept through!! For the first time in 9 months!! He had a few little whimpers in the evening before we went to bed, then we all slept soundly until 5:50!! Alex then amused himself in his bed without crying until 6. I’m so delighted!! I can’t tell you how thankful I am to you for this!! Last night was our first night of not being in the room with him and he cried a little for 7 minutes before settling down which we were both really pleased with. I’ve just put him down for his morning nap and again it took him 7 minutes to go to sleep but he wasn’t really crying, just complaining a bit! All really positive!

I can't believe the difference 2 weeks with Nadia has made. We could not get our little out of bedsharing or napping unless she was on me or in the pram/car seat. I knew I had to make some changes but I didn't know what, I'd read countless websites and was very confused over what was best for my son. My daughter would sleep for a couple of hours at night until she was 3 months. And when she hit the 4 month mark and started teething she started waking up every hour. She ended up co-sleeping with me instead of in her crib as I was exhausted picking her up every time and putting her down. I was at the end of the rope and thought had to do something as the sleepless nights was tiring. I read about sleep training online and even tried the books but didn't feel confident enough to do it myself. We found a sleep consultant and tried her method but sadly it didn't work. Then we found Nadia and I couldn't believe how things changed completely. She is so professional and knowledgeable and I can't thank her enough for her immense support. My daughter now sleeps from 7pm -7am and also naps twice in the day. It is amazing to see her well rested. The best thing working with Nadia was her day to day support. After having worked with Nadia with our first son Dominik, who’s now 2.5yrs old and sleeping like a champ, there was no question I would work with Nadia again once I had our second son Mateo. Even though I knew the principles of sleep training I also knew that every child is different as well as every situation. The dynamics changed as Dominik was 6 months old, didn’t use a dummy and breastfed however, Mateo was 8 months old, did use a dummy and had formula.
Nonetheless, both times we noticed a difference within just a few days. Mateo went from waking up 2-3 times a night to sleeping all night after 3 days and has continued to do so even a month later :) He naps twice a day and the naps rarely have lasted less than 1 hour. Usually they last 1.5-2 hrs and I have to cap them.
Needless to say I’m forever thankful and grateful for Nadia and her knowledge and her wonderful approach.

I got in contact with Nadia after having already had a sleep consultant, which we were successful to begin with, but started to creep backwards again. My son has various allergies, and was waking at 10pm and not settling until 4am, then my eldest is up at 6, I literally was getting 2 hours sleep a night, and only just surviving! I was scared to drive as I was so exhausted. We were unable to enjoy any time as we were all so tired. My kids share a bedroom so my eldest was ending up on a blow up bed on our bedroom floor most nights, just horrendous for us all.
